Yes. Usked allows you to assign multiple interpreters and multiple services on a job.
Can I create recurring jobs in Usked?
Yes. You can create new recurring assignments as well as update existing recurring assignments with new information.
Does Usked sync with Quickbooks?
Usked generates a .CSV file that can be imported into Quickbooks Online or Desktop, using TransactionPro.
Does Usked have an interpreter app?
Yes. On the app interpreters can search posted jobs, see their current schedule, see all assignment related information, and submit assignments to be paid.
Does the Usked App work with iOS and Android phones?
Yes. The Usked app works for both iOs and Android phones.
Does Usked pay and bill directly?
No. Usked is equipped with every report you need to successfully processes payroll and billing invoices, but it does not send and receive payment.
Does Usked change with time zones?
Yes. There are time zone options for users and requests. Using this information Usked is able to show any request to a user in their own time zone. What each user sees is the correct time for the time zone they have selected on their profile, no need to convert time zones.
Does Usked send automatic confirmations?
Yes. Automatic confirmations, cancellations, and paperwork reminders. The communication templates are customizable as well as the ability to manually send any number of templates you create.
Can interpreters adjust the time of the meeting if it goes over?
No, not directly. Through the Usked app, interpreters can notify you that job has gone over or if it requires an adjustment.
Is there a limit to users in Usked?
There is no limit to the number of users with in Usked!
Can customers create their own job requests?
Yes.
Can I login from anywhere?
Yes. As long as you have a connection to the internet, you can login.

Are there limits on how many jobs I can create per month?
No, there is no limit to how many jobs you can create. However depending on your subscription you may incur additional charges.
How long does it take to onboard?
Most Usked licensees typically onboard within 30-60 days.
Can new features be requested?
Yes. Our support center has a request new feature option.
Does Usked have a support team?
Yes. Dedicated Usked staff are available during business hours to respond to any and all help desk requests.
