This new feature update is designed to allow licensees to prioritize alerts for “service requests pending confirmation”, and also to sort alerts by the date of the service (instead of by when the alert itself was created). Be aware that this new feature update does not work retroactively to existing alerts. The new alert type will only be set on new alerts going forward.
All alerts now have an “alert type” and also an “object timestamp” that will be either the request start date/time or leave date/time or service provider slot date/time or nothing (if the alert is for an object that does not have a natural date/time).
On the alerts page, there are now new options to select a specific “alert type”, and to select how to sort your alerts (either by alert date/time or by object date/time):
