Amazon requesters undergo a multistep request process (unlike other Usked licensees) where they must select a group under which to place their request. If there are any subgroups to the initial selected group, they will also be prompted to make another selection from a choice within the second level of the hierarchy, and so forth, until a bottom and final level has been reached – at which point, the requester will reach the standard Usked request form and fill out as usual.
