This toggle is located on the Attributes tab of the Service Provider’s profile:
As a part of Usked’s availability logic, Usked will normally look at all other service provider slots and contract days to confirm the service provider does not have a conflicting job. This takes the “Minutes Padded to Assignments for Conflict Checks” setting from system settings into consideration. If toggle for “Ignore conflicting assignments” is set to “no”, an alert will be triggered when there is a conflicting assignment. If toggle is set to “yes”, the service provider will always pass this part of the Usked availability logic check and may be assigned more than once during a specific time frame.
